Habenaro Honey

  1. Use Sterilized canning jars (8 oz jelly jars are great size)
  2. Fill about half way up with Honey.
  3. Carefully place as many pepper halves as you can into the jar. (being careful to trap as little air in the honey as possible.
  4. Fill the rest of the jar with Honey and close the lid tightly.
  5. Vibrate the jar / jars to allow any trapped air to rise to the top. (Putting the jars in a box and place on the top of the dryer or washer for a cycle will good)
